民國51年6月13日，陽明山水源重地的巡守隊隊長交接，在三角埔的階梯上留影。
今年7月30日，草山生態文史聯盟的成員在三角埔，計劃在此地設位一個天母水道的解說室。
空間是一樣的，跨越了44年，當年的隊長已經過世了，巡守隊也已不復存在，三角埔成了發電站，現在也停止運作了。
經過44年的經濟發展，天母成了人煙稠密的社區，不再是當年荒涼的三角埔。當年守水護水的人，變成了一群以家庭主婦為主的草山生態文史聯盟的義工。
這群人讓天母的水源源源不斷，經過近半個世紀，天母成為一個生生不息的社區。

SOMEWHERE IN TIME
These two pictures are 44 year apart but the people in the pictures are doing same works. The B/W picture taken in 1962 when the Water Conservation Team shift their captain, the color picture taken in 2006, people from the Yang-ming Mountain Ecology and Culture Conservation Alliance are looking forward a new interpretation stand in the San-jiao-pu hydropower station.
